Summit Church Botany is moving to online services from Sunday 22 March
Following the recent NZ Government announcement, regarding the need to restrict public gatherings in order to combat the spread of the COVID-19 virus, we are moving our Sunday morning services online from Sunday 22 March. The government has banned gatherings of >500 people, and has also asked that public gatherings under this size be limited where close contact can't be avoided. With around 300 people gathering for our morning service each Sunday we've decided to put the wellbeing of our community first, and make this change now.
Our Sunday service will be broadcast live at 10am this Sunday - details of how you can access that live stream will be available on this page soon.
This hasn't caught us by surprise, and the staff team have been working on plans to ensure we remain united as a church community, even in this uncertain time. This page will be regularly updated with information regarding sunday gatherings, community groups, pastoral care, kids, youth & outreach as we complete our plans. In the meantime, you're welcome to send any questions or ideas to email@example.com
Even though we're not gathering all in one location on Sunday mornings for now, we're still united as a church community - united in our purpose, our mission - united in our love for Christ, for each other, and for the community around us. Stay connected, stay engaged, stay united.
